Overview :
Nowadays most of the people especially women like this course due to its abundant employment opportunities. The skill of well trained stenographers are utilised in secretariat of both central and state governments, corporations, offices, courts etc. as stenographers, typists, clerks and receptionist.
The National Trade Certificate given to stenographers who undergone training through NCVT course is equivalent to the exam conducted by the Board of Technical Education of all states for Typewritting (Junior) and stenography (Junior).
This course also includes the practice of handling duplicating machine, photo copying machine, intercom, fax and computer which are most often used in offices.
